What we collect
MicroTraining Scheduler collects the minimum data needed to run the service:
- Authentication details: your email address and Google account ID, used to create and identify your account.
- Completed workout sessions: the exercise name, duration, timestamp, and source (extension or web app) that you log.
- Your settings and exercises: working hours, notification preferences, and any custom exercises you add.
What we do not collect
We do not collect:
- Calendar event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations.
- Your browsing history, page contents, or keystrokes.
- Your precise location or IP address.
- Health, medical, or payment information.
- Personal communications such as emails or messages.
The Chrome extension reads Google Calendar event start and end times only on your device to find free gaps. Those event details are not stored or transmitted.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to provide the MicroTraining service: syncing sessions across devices, showing streaks and weekly stats, generating daily plans, and running group competitions if you choose to join them.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the service.
Data storage and security
Your account data is stored in our backend database. Authentication tokens and settings are stored locally in your browser or in the extension. We use standard security practices including row-level access controls so users can only read and write their own data.
Your rights
You can delete your account and data at any time from the app settings. If you need help, contact us through the app.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The latest version will always be available at this page.
